As of 29 October 2026 the brand is on neither the iGaming Ontario directory nor the AGLC list for Alberta, so for Canadians it is an offshore casino: a European regulator, but no provincial supervision. Several sources report that the Rootz brands left Ontario in October 2025; we could not confirm the date on an official page.
