"Offshore access" means the site accepts players there without a provincial licence: provincial rules and complaint routes do not cover it.

Neo.bet is a regulated option only in Ontario: the iGaming Ontario directory lists its Ontario sportsbook under the company Reactive Betting Ltd., registered with the AGCO. Outside Ontario it has no provincial agreement, so the answer to “neo.bet Canada” depends on where you are standing when you bet. This Neo.bet review sets out what the public record confirms and where our information runs out.

Much of the rest is thin. The operator’s Ontario and international sites returned errors to our research tools, so Interac support, the casino range, the apps and the founding year are all unconfirmed. Where that leaves a gap, we say so instead of filling it from third-party reviews.

Licence: what the Ontario registration covers

Ontario’s model has two layers. The AGCO registers the operator and enforces the Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming, and iGaming Ontario conducts and manages the games through an operating agreement with the operator. Neo.bet appears in the iGO directory of regulated sites, linked to the Ontario sportsbook at on.neobet.ca, with Reactive Betting Ltd. named as the legal entity. You can check the listing yourself on our iGaming Ontario guide, which explains how to read the directory.

For you as a player, the registration brings practical things rather than a badge:

  • You must be 19 or older and physically in Ontario to place a bet. You can open or look at an account elsewhere, but wagers are blocked outside the province.
  • Ontario rules on advertising, bonus disclosure and identity checks apply to the operator.
  • You can use the centralized BetGuard self-exclusion program, which covers every regulated Ontario online gambling site at once, or the operator’s own tools.
  • If a dispute arises, iGO tells players to raise it with the operator first. A registered operator that ignores the standards answers to the AGCO.

We found no registration for Neo.bet in Alberta’s new private market, and no agreement with any other province. In British Columbia, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Atlantic Canada, the regulated online choice remains the provincial site.

Is Neo.bet legit for Ontario bettors?

In the Ontario sense of the word, yes. A brand on the iGO list has passed AGCO registration, which includes checks on ownership, finances and game integrity. That is a stronger position than any offshore site can offer. It does not tell you whether the odds are good value or the bonus terms generous, and it does not cover play outside Ontario.

One caution applies to every Ontario brand. Search results for the brand name also bring up copycat pages and unofficial “login” pages. We are not the login page. The safest way in is to type the Ontario address listed on the iGO directory, or to install the app from the official store, rather than following an ad or a link in a message.

Sportsbook first: what the product looks like

The iGO directory lists Neo.bet as a sportsbook, and the Ontario address it links to is the sports betting section. We could not load the market list, so we do not describe leagues, bet builders or cash-out features. Single-event betting, legal in Canada since August 2021, is the norm in Ontario, so you are not forced into parlays. Our CFL betting page covers how lines on Canadian football are built.

Searches for “neo.bet casino” are common. Whether a casino section is live on the Ontario site, and which studios would supply it, we could not check on the operator’s own pages. Treat third-party claims about game counts with care until the operator confirms them.

Neo.bet bonus, promo code and free spins

Ontario standards limit how operators can advertise bonuses outside their own sites, so you will rarely see a Neo.bet promo code in public ads. Offers are shown after you open the site or app from Ontario. What we have on file, which may be blank when we could not confirm it:

Item On file
Welcome offer not stated
Promo code not stated
Wagering not stated
Minimum deposit not stated

We have not found a Neo.bet no deposit bonus in any operator source. Sportsbook welcome offers in Ontario are more often bet credits or a matched first deposit. Before you accept any offer, read three lines in the terms: the minimum odds for qualifying bets, the number of times the credit must be played through, and the expiry date. Our bonuses guide explains how to read sportsbook terms in plain language.

Deposits and Neo.bet withdrawal times

We could not confirm the payment list. Interac support on file: not stated. Stated withdrawal time on file: not stated. Ontario operators must verify your identity before paying out, so the first withdrawal usually takes longer than later ones. Withdrawals normally return to the method you used to deposit, so pick a method you are happy to receive money on. Our Interac guide covers how e-Transfer payouts work on regulated sites.

The Neo.bet app in Canada

We could not confirm a Neo.bet app for Ontario from an operator source. The operator’s site, which would normally link to its iOS and Android apps, did not load for us, and a store listing alone does not tell you which company runs an app. Android on file: not stated. iOS on file: not stated. Any regulated Ontario betting app has to confirm that you are in the province before it takes a bet, so expect a location check. Start from the link on the iGO directory rather than a search ad.

Neo.bet sister sites and ownership

The Ontario site is run by Reactive Betting Ltd. We did not find another Ontario brand run by the same company, so we do not list Neo.bet sister sites. Our sister sites explainer shows how to check shared ownership through the iGO directory.

How the score is built

Our score of 72/100 gives full marks for licence standing in Ontario and holds back points where we lack data: payments, bonus terms and product range. It is not a judgement that those areas are weak, only that we could not verify them. If the operator publishes its payment and payout terms, the score will be revisited.

Questions readers ask

Is Neo.bet legal in Ontario?

Yes. Neo.bet is on the iGaming Ontario directory of regulated sites, run by Reactive Betting Ltd. and registered with the AGCO. You must be 19+ and physically in Ontario to bet.

Can I use Neo.bet outside Ontario?

We found no registration in Alberta or any other province. The Ontario site blocks wagers placed from outside the province, so elsewhere your provincial site is the regulated option.

Does Neo.bet have a casino?

The iGO listing we used points to the Ontario sportsbook. We could not confirm whether a casino section is live on the Ontario site.

Is there a Neo.bet promo code?

We have not confirmed a current code. Ontario offers are shown inside the site or app, and we list any code we can verify in our operator data.

Is there a Neo.bet app in Canada?

We could not confirm an iOS or Android app from an operator source. If you install one, follow the link from the operator's Ontario site, not an ad.

Scores and verdicts follow our published scoring rules. We earn a commission from some operators; it never changes a score. Facts come from operators' own pages and regulators' registries; we do not open accounts or make deposits. 19+ (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec). Help and limits.
