Spin Galaxy Review

Spin Galaxy holds a permit from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, in the name of Baytree Interactive Limited, and no province licenses it. That places it in the offshore part of the Canadian market: it may accept players from much of Canada, but provincial rules, provincial self-exclusion schemes and provincial complaint routes do not cover it. Our verdict is caution.

The official site returned an access error to our research tools. Offer details in this Spin Galaxy review therefore come from the operator data we hold, and where we have nothing we say so.

Spin Galaxy, Spin Casino and Galaxy Spins are not the same

Three names cause most of the confusion in searches for “spin galaxy casino”:

• Spin Galaxy (spingalaxy.com), the subject of this page, on the Kahnawake permit list.
• Spin Casino, a different brand whose Ontario site is registered through iGaming Ontario and which the AGLC register lists for Alberta. A licence held by Spin Casino says nothing about Spin Galaxy.
• Galaxy Spins, another unrelated brand with a similar name. See our Galaxy Spins review if that is the site you meant.

Spin Galaxy licence and legal standing in Canada

The Kahnawake Gaming Commission lists spingalaxy.com among its interactive gaming permit holders, under Baytree Interactive Limited. We checked the iGaming Ontario list and the AGLC register: Spin Galaxy is on neither.

In Canada, the Criminal Code, s. 207, gives provinces control of gambling, including online casino games. The Kahnawake Gaming Commission works under the jurisdiction of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake. It is not a provincial regulator, and no definitive court ruling has settled the status of its licensees that serve Canadians. Our guide to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission explains the background.

The question is still before the courts. The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake challenged Ontario’s “conduct and manage” model in 2022; the Ontario Superior Court dismissed the claim in 2024, and an appeal was filed with the Court of Appeal for Ontario. In Quebec, trade press reported in February 2026 that the Court of Appeal dismissed an appeal by the Commission and confirmed that Quebec courts can review its decisions. None of this makes Spin Galaxy part of a provincial market.

Compare that with Ontario, where iGaming Ontario points players to BetGuard, a single self-exclusion that covers every regulated online gambling site in the province. A Kahnawake-licensed brand sits outside that scheme.

What this means for you in practice:

• Ontario. Spin Galaxy is not part of the regulated Ontario market. Ontario players should use a site on the iGaming Ontario list. We do not give advice on getting around location blocks.
• Alberta. It is not registered with the AGLC for the private market that opened on 13 July 2026.
• Other provinces. The only regulated online casino is the provincial one, such as PlayNow, Loto-Quebec or Atlantic Lottery. Spin Galaxy sits outside that system.
• Complaints. No provincial body can take up a dispute with the operator; any outside route runs through the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.

Whether a player commits an offence by using such a site is unclear in law, and we do not claim that it does. The certain part is the protection gap.

Spin Galaxy bonus and free spins

Welcome package on file: not stated. Wagering on file: not stated. Minimum deposit on file: not stated.

Our research could not confirm today’s welcome package, so we do not repeat amounts from other websites. Whatever the headline, its value depends on the terms:

1. The wagering multiple and whether it applies to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus.
2. The time limit for meeting it.
3. The maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active.
4. Game weighting: slots usually count in full, table games often count for little or nothing.

Spin Galaxy no deposit bonus and promo code

We found no confirmed no-deposit offer from the operator. Promo code on file: not stated. If that is empty, our research found no code you need. Codes on coupon lists that claim free cash on sign-up are worth treating with suspicion: they are often out of date or written for a different brand. Our page on no deposit bonuses explains how these offers work and what usually limits them.

The game lobby

Our records list Spin Galaxy as an online casino. We could not confirm the studios, the live dealer offer or a current game count, and sports betting and poker are not confirmed either. If you want a particular game, check the lobby before you deposit.

Cashier: deposits and Spin Galaxy withdrawals

Payment methods on file: not stated. Interac on file: not stated. Withdrawal time on file: not stated.

We could not confirm the payment methods or any payout time, and we do not copy lists from other websites. Two general points hold for offshore sites. First, deposit and withdrawal methods are often not the same, so check how you would cash out before you pay in. Second, a pending period and identity checks usually come before the first withdrawal; send your documents early.

If a withdrawal stalls

Ask support in writing for the reason and the expected date, and keep copies of the terms that applied when you played. If that fails, the only outside regulator involved is the Kahnawake Gaming Commission; check its website for how it takes up player disputes. Your bank or card issuer may also be able to help with a disputed deposit. Provincial regulators such as the AGCO cannot act on a site they do not license.

Spin Galaxy app

We could not confirm a Spin Galaxy app in the App Store or Google Play, so mobile play appears to run through the browser. Store status on file: Android not stated, iOS not stated. Our page on the Spin Galaxy app explains how to use the mobile site and how to spot a fake listing.

Spin Galaxy sister sites

The Kahnawake list ties spingalaxy.com to Baytree Interactive Limited, and that is the only company link we could verify from a register. Secondary sources name Baytree Interactive as the company behind rest-of-Canada versions of brands such as Royal Vegas. In Ontario, Jackpot City, Spin Casino, Ruby Fortune and Royal Vegas are listed under a different company, Cadtree Limited, so a regulated Ontario account is a separate thing from any offshore one. Our sister sites overview uses register data where it exists.

Weighing the Kahnawake permit

Is Spin Galaxy legit? It holds a real permit from a regulator whose interactive gaming rules date back to 1999, and we found no sign that the brand is a scam. But being licensed in Kahnawake is not the same as being licensed by your province. You give up provincial self-exclusion, provincial standards on bonuses and advertising, and a provincial complaint route. That is why the score on this page sits in the caution band rather than higher.
