AvoidA Curacao licence reference is printed on the Roby Casino home page, which offers casino games and sports betting, but no Canadian province licenses the site. This Roby Casino review explains what that Curacao licence does and does not give you, what the welcome offers involve, and which details the operator leaves out.
Most people search simply for “roby casino”; a smaller group asks whether it is legit, whether there is a Roby Casino no deposit bonus, and what promo code applies. Gambling in Canada is 19+ (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec), regardless of the age rule an offshore site sets.
Roby Casino licence: Curacao, not provincial
The home page quotes this licence: Curacao (site states "Curacao eGaming, License Ref. 365/JAZ"). Curacao is a common base for offshore casinos. Whatever complaint process its regulator runs, it sits outside Canada, and no provincial body can enforce its rules for you. The site does not name the company that holds the licence, which makes it hard to check the licence on the issuing body’s register.
Roby Casino is not on the iGaming Ontario directory or the AGLC register of Alberta operators. Under the Criminal Code, s. 207, only provinces and their registered partners may offer online casino games and sports betting, so Roby Casino is an offshore site for every Canadian. Provincial complaint handling, Ontario’s BetGuard self-exclusion and provincial ad rules do not apply. We do not say that playing there is an offence for you; the law is unclear on that point.
Does Roby Casino want Canadian customers?
Roby Casino is a working site with a stated licence, which puts it above brands that show nothing. But the site does not mention Canada or CAD at all, prices in US dollars, and does not name its operator. We could not confirm that Canadian players are accepted under its terms. Our score of 27/100 out of 100 reflects the Curacao licence and the missing company details; our rating rules explain the weighting.
Roby Casino casino and sports welcome offers
The site advertises a casino welcome package and a separate sports first-deposit bonus. The current offers as listed by the operator: 250% up to $3,750 + 250 free spins (casino); 100% first deposit bonus up to $150 (sports, 1x rollover at min. odds 1.50). The minimum deposit for the casino welcome bonus on file: EUR 20 / $30 for the casino welcome bonus.
We found no Roby Casino promo code required to claim these offers and no no deposit bonus on the pages we read. Promo code on file: not stated. Casino wagering was not published where we looked: not stated. A large percentage match sounds generous, but if wagering applies to deposit plus bonus, the playthrough grows quickly. Our free spins guide explains how spin winnings are usually capped and wagered.
Paying in at Roby Casino: US dollars, no confirmed Interac
The cashier lists Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, AstroPay, Jeton, MiFinity, Neosurf, bank transfer and cryptocurrencies. An Interac logo appears in the footer, but Interac is not among the listed methods, so we do not count it as supported. Payments in USD mean a conversion cost for most Canadians. Withdrawal time: not stated. Before a Roby Casino withdrawal, expect an identity check, and keep your own record of deposits and the bonus terms you accepted.
A footer shared with KinBet and others
We noticed that the KinBet site uses the same footer template as Roby Casino, and so do Spinanga and Revolution Casino. A shared template often points to a shared platform or operator, but we could not confirm common ownership. See our KinBet review and the sister sites guide. We found no Roby Casino app in our store data; the site is used in a mobile browser.
Where the regulated options are
Ontario and Alberta residents have registered private operators with provincial complaint routes; other provinces have crown sites. Set a deposit limit before you start anywhere. Our responsible gambling page lists help lines by province.

Questions readers ask
- Does the Roby Casino Curacao licence count in Canada?
No. A Curacao licence is not a provincial licence, and the site is not on the iGaming Ontario or Alberta registers.
- Why is Interac not counted as a Roby Casino payment method?
An Interac logo appears in the footer, but Interac is not among the listed payment methods, so we could not confirm it.
- Are there Roby Casino offers without a deposit?
We found none on the operator's pages. The advertised welcome offers require a deposit.
- What currency does Roby Casino use?
The site shows US dollars and does not mention CAD, so Canadian deposits are likely to carry a conversion cost.
