"Offshore access" means the site accepts players there without a provincial licence: provincial rules and complaint routes do not cover it.

Yes, Partysports is legal, but only in Ontario. ElectraWorks Maple Limited runs it as agent for iGaming Ontario, the site says the company is registered with the AGCO, and Partysports appears on iGaming Ontario’s list of regulated sports betting sites. It is open to adults aged 19+ who are physically in Ontario; we found no Partysports entry for Alberta or any other province.

This review covers what that registration gives you, how offers work under Ontario rules, and what we could not confirm, including payment methods, apps and the full market list.

Partysports in Canada: where it is legal

Ontario opened its private online market on 4 April 2022. Operators registered by the AGCO sign an agreement with iGaming Ontario and offer games as its agent, which is why the site describes ElectraWorks Maple Limited that way. Alberta launched its own private market on 13 July 2026, and the AGLC register lists ElectraWorks Maple Limited there for PartyCasino and Sports Interaction, not for Partysports. Searches for “Partysports Canada” from outside Ontario therefore lead to a site that is not offered where you live.

Registration brings concrete protections. iGaming Ontario tells players to raise complaints with the operator first, and the operator answers to the AGCO. You can self-exclude from all regulated Ontario online gambling at once through BetGuard, or use the operator’s own program. The operator must also follow AGCO standards on advertising and bonus disclosure. Our iGaming Ontario guide explains the system in more detail.

Partysports sportsbook: what we can say about markets

iGaming Ontario lists Partysports as a sports betting site, and our data records no casino product on it. We have not confirmed its list of sports, live betting or bet types, and odds change constantly, so we quote neither markets nor prices. Our NHL betting guide explains how hockey moneylines and puck lines work at any Ontario sportsbook.

Searches for “Partysports casino” are usually after PartyCasino, which the same company runs for Ontario on a separate site, alongside PartyPoker.

Partysports bonus and promo code

Ontario rules limit how offers can be advertised. Public advertising of bonuses is barred, and offers appear on the operator’s own site or reach players who opted in to marketing. That is why you will see few public Partysports promo codes, and why codes on unrelated pages deserve suspicion. The current details from our data:

Offer detail Value
Welcome offer not stated
Promo code not stated
Wagering or rollover not stated
Minimum deposit not stated

Under AGCO standards an offer cannot be called free unless it is free, and its material conditions must be shown when it is first presented. We have no confirmed Partysports no deposit bonus or free spins offer; free spins are a casino product in any case.

Partysports payments and withdrawals

We have not confirmed the Partysports payment list. Our data fields read: Interac not stated, withdrawal time not stated. Ontario sites must confirm that you are 19+ and in the province, so expect identity and location checks, and read the operator’s help pages for what a first Partysports withdrawal needs. Our Interac guide explains how bank transfers to sportsbooks work.

Partysports app and ElectraWorks sister sites

Our data confirms no Partysports app for iOS or Android. If you find one, install it only from the official App Store or Google Play listing and check that the developer named there matches the operator. iGaming Ontario’s directory groups Bwin, PartyCasino, PartyPoker, Partysports and Sports Interaction under ElectraWorks Maple Limited. Our Sports Interaction review covers one of them in detail.
