Since 4 April 2022 private operators can offer online casino games and sports betting in Ontario if the AGCO registers them and they contract with iGaming Ontario. NorthStar Bets is on that list for both products. In practice:

  • Location checks. You must be in Ontario when you play. Outside the province the site will not let you bet, and you should not try to get round that.
