"Offshore access" means the site accepts players there without a provincial licence: provincial rules and complaint routes do not cover it.

Jack Poker’s footer is more open than most. It names Jack La International Limitada, a Costa Rican company, as operator of the online poker room and its casino section, and cites a licence from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan in the Comoros. No Canadian province licenses it. Whether it accepts Canadian players, and with which payment methods, we could not confirm.

The iGaming Ontario directory, where registered poker rooms are listed, does not include it, and neither does Alberta’s iGaming register. Our province guide lists the regulated options.

Where the Jack Poker licence comes from

The footer shows Anjouan licence ALSI-202408001-FI1 and the company Jack La International Limitada (Costa Rica, company no. 3-102-907965), with a copyright line running from 2021. That is more disclosure than many offshore brands give, and it lets you check the licence holder. It is not a Canadian licence. Anjouan licences offer limited player recourse, and on our licence scale they rank at the low end, with Curacao.

Under the Criminal Code only provinces, directly or through registered operators, may run online poker and casino games. For Jack Poker that means no provincial complaint route and no provincial self-exclusion. We do not say that a player commits an offence by using an offshore room; that question is open. Our offshore licences guide covers the details.

A disclosed operator, but is Jack Poker legit here?

It is a disclosed business with a published licence, which is a point in its favour. It is not a regulated poker room for Canadians, and acceptance of Canadian accounts is unconfirmed, so it has no score yet: not stated.

Jack Poker tournaments and casino

The site runs poker tournaments priced in $ (we could not confirm which dollar) and has a casino area branded JackCasino. Poker is played between players, with the room taking a fee rather than holding a house edge. That makes the size and honesty of the player pool important: on an offshore room you rely on the operator’s own security team, not a provincial regulator, to deal with collusion or bots. Registered rooms in Ontario answer to the AGCO instead. Our online poker guide explains the options.

How a Jack Poker bonus would clear

We could not confirm a current Jack Poker bonus or promo code. On file, possibly blank: welcome offer not stated; code not stated; wagering not stated. We found no operator-confirmed no deposit bonus. Poker bonuses are often released in parts as you pay rake, so read how fast a bonus clears before counting its value.

Jack Poker on mobile and cashing out

No Jack Poker app in the Canadian App Store or Google Play is confirmed in our file. Store fields on file: Android not stated, iOS not stated. Payment methods, Interac and withdrawal times are unconfirmed; on file: not stated and not stated.

Other rooms under the same company, and responsible play

We have not confirmed other brands under Jack La International Limitada. Searching the licence holder in the Anjouan register is the best way to find them, as our sister sites page explains.
