Vegas Hero Casino Review

Vegas Hero Casino today is not the brand many players remember. It was originally run by Genesis Global under Malta and UK licences; current listings name Lumina Holdings Limitada and a Costa Rica registration after a 2025 relaunch, while Casino.guru says it holds no gambling licence at all. Either way, Vegas Hero Casino has no licence from any Canadian province.

We could not load the official site, so Canadian acceptance and Interac support are unconfirmed. This Vegas Hero Casino review explains the change of ownership and what it means if you still have an account or are thinking of opening one.

Vegas Hero licence after the change of owner

A Costa Rica company registration is not the same thing as a gambling licence, and we found no gaming regulator record for the current Vegas Hero operation. That puts it at the bottom of our licence scale.

In Canada, only a province or its licensee may conduct online casino games. Ontario does this through iGaming Ontario and the AGCO, Alberta through the Alberta iGaming Corporation and AGLC, and the other provinces through crown sites. Vegas Hero is in none of these, and it is not on the iGO list. The consequences for a player:

• No regulator that we could identify would hear a complaint.
• No provincial self-exclusion coverage. Casino.guru records a complaint from a player who said they were unable to self-exclude.
• No independent oversight of how balances are held.

Our offshore licence guide explains why the name of the regulator matters more than the logo on the footer.

Same name, different business

The old Vegas Hero was a regulated European brand. The current one shares the name and look but not, as far as we can tell, the licences. Old reviews praising the Malta-licensed version do not describe the site you would join today. So is Vegas Hero Casino legit now? We cannot confirm that it is licensed, and we score it as an unlicensed site.

Vegas Hero Casino bonus, promo code and free spins

We could not read the relaunched site’s terms. Values on file, which may be blank: welcome offer not stated; promo code not stated; wagering not stated.

Old Vegas Hero free spins deals and no deposit bonus codes still circulate on bonus pages. Treat them as outdated: a new owner sets new terms. If you see a Vegas Hero Casino no deposit bonus advertised, find the same offer on the operator’s own promotions page before you rely on it. Our bonuses guide covers wagering, caps and maximum bet rules.

Payments and Vegas Hero withdrawal terms

Payment methods listed by review sites: Mastercard, Visa, Paysafecard, Bank wire, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Zimpler, Revolut, Crypto. Interac on file: not stated. We could not confirm whether Canadian dollars are accepted. No payout time is published on file: not stated. With no regulator to appeal to, a delayed Vegas Hero Casino withdrawal can only be raised with the operator itself.

Vegas Hero app and sister sites

We found no Vegas Hero Casino app in the App Store or Google Play in Canada. The same owner, Lumina Holdings Limitada, is named for Glorion Casino, which makes Glorion the one Vegas Hero sister site we can link with some confidence. See our sister sites explainer for how shared ownership is traced.

Our Vegas Hero Casino rating

Our score of 28/100 reflects no verifiable licence, unconfirmed Canadian payments and a self-exclusion complaint on record. Gambling in Canada is 19+ (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec). For help with gambling, the responsible gambling page lists free provincial lines.
