Novibet does not currently operate a licensed site in Canada: it is not on the iGaming Ontario regulated-market list, and novibet.ca now redirects to a domain-for-sale page. We found no active Canadian Novibet site, so there is nowhere in Canada to sign up, claim a Novibet welcome bonus or download a Canadian app.
Searches for the brand still ask about a Novibet sign-up, app or welcome bonus in Canada. Whether Novibet ever held an Ontario registration, or now refuses Canadian players outright, we could not confirm: novibet.com refused our researchers, so its status in our data stays unclear.
Novibet licence and legal status in Canada
Since April 2022 private operators may offer online betting and casino games in Ontario only if the AGCO registers them and they contract with iGaming Ontario. Alberta opened a similar private market on 13 July 2026. Novibet appears on neither list today, and no other province licenses private operators.
| Check | Finding (29 October 2026) |
|---|---|
| iGaming Ontario list | Not listed |
| novibet.ca | Redirects to a domain-for-sale page |
| novibet.com | Refused our researchers |
| Accepts Canadians elsewhere | Not confirmed |
If you see a site using the Novibet name and offering accounts to Canadians, check who runs it before you register: a lapsed brand name and a domain for sale are exactly the conditions under which copycat sites appear.
Is Novibet legit? The brand versus the Canadian situation
Whatever its standing in other countries, for Canadians the question is simpler: there is no Novibet site licensed for you to use. Existing account holders, if any, should contact the operator in writing about their balance and keep copies of the replies. A foreign licence, wherever it is held, does not carry over to a site that has no Canadian registration.
Novibet sign up, promo code and no deposit bonus
With no active Canadian site, there is no Novibet sign-up for Canadians, and pages offering a Novibet promo code with no deposit for Canada should be ignored. On file: welcome offer not stated, promo code not stated. Novibet free spins or welcome bonus terms for other countries do not apply here. For bonuses that do, see our welcome bonus guide.
Novibet casino app download and withdrawals
We hold no record of a Novibet casino app for Canada in the App Store or Google Play: iOS not stated, Android not stated. An app download offered outside the official stores under this name should not be trusted. Withdrawal terms for Canada are not on file: not stated.
Novibet sister sites and alternatives
We have no confirmed sister sites for Novibet in Canada. If you were looking for a European-style sportsbook, several operators on the iGaming Ontario list offer one; our Ontario guide compares them and our iGaming Ontario guide shows how to check a registration. Outside Ontario and Alberta, the crown site is the regulated option, such as PlayNow in British Columbia.
Betting is for adults: 19+ (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec). See our responsible gambling page for limit tools and free helplines.
