Who licenses Lizaro? Four sources, three answers

AskGamblers links Lizaro to GMBL Tech and Costa Rica. SlotCatalog names Sligo Ltd and a Curacao licence. Casino.guru and LCB say they found none. When the basic question of who holds the licence has no settled answer, a player has no clear body to complain to.

In Canada, section 207 of the Criminal Code reserves online casino games and sports betting to the provinces, which may run them or register private operators. Lizaro is not on the Ontario register kept by the AGCO and iGaming Ontario, nor on the AGLC register in Alberta. Provincial complaint routes and self-exclusion do not cover it. We are not aware of any rule making it an offence for a player to sign up; the concern is the absence of any regulator you could turn to.
