Kirgo Review

Kirgo answers to a licensing authority in Anjouan, part of the Comoros, and not to any Canadian province. The crypto-first casino and sportsbook names Raining Games LLC, registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, as its operator. Whether it accepts players from Canada, and on what terms, we could not confirm.

Look for Kirgo casino in the iGaming Ontario directory or on Alberta’s operator register and you will not find it; it sits outside every provincial system. Our province guide shows the regulated options.

Kirgo licence: Anjouan, not a province

The site footer quotes licence ALSI-202409050-F12, issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, and names Raining Games LLC (registration no. 4069 in St. Vincent and the Grenadines). Publishing these details is better than silence: you know which company you deal with and can look the licence up. Anjouan licences, though, come with limited player recourse, and on our licence scale they sit at the bottom of the offshore range, next to Curacao.

In Canada, online casino games and betting must be run by a province or a provincially approved operator. Kirgo is neither, so:

• disputes over winnings go to the operator and, at best, the Anjouan licensing body, not to a Canadian regulator;
• provincial self-exclusion, such as BetGuard in Ontario, does not reach the site;
• Canadian advertising standards, such as Ontario’s, do not apply.

We do not suggest that a player breaks the law by using an offshore site; that question is unsettled. Our offshore licences guide compares the main foreign regulators.

Named owner, but is Kirgo legit for Canadians?

Naming a company and a licence number is a basic sign of accountability, and Kirgo does both. That still does not make it a regulated option for Canadians. Because we could not confirm whether it accepts Canadian players, it carries no score yet: not stated.

Kirgo crypto casino and sportsbook

The footer describes a crypto-first product with both casino games and sports betting. We could not open the full lobby, so we do not list studios, game counts or betting markets. Crypto play adds its own risks: deposits move at the coin’s market price, and a withdrawal sent to a wrong wallet address cannot be reversed. Our crypto casinos page covers those points in more depth.

Kirgo bonus and promo code check

We did not confirm a current Kirgo bonus or promo code. On file, possibly empty: welcome offer not stated, code not stated, wagering not stated. We found no operator-confirmed Kirgo no deposit bonus or free spins. Check any code you see against the casino’s own promotions page, then read the rollover, the maximum bet and the cap on bonus winnings.

What to check in the Kirgo terms

Since the licence and company are named, the terms are the next place to look. Find the restricted-countries list, the verification rules that apply before a first withdrawal, any daily or monthly cash-out limit and the rules on bonus abuse, which crypto casinos often word broadly. Also check whether balances are shown in a coin or in a fiat currency, because that decides who carries the exchange-rate risk while your money sits in the account.

Kirgo app, payments and cash-outs

We have not confirmed a Kirgo app in the Canadian App Store or Google Play. Payment methods, Interac and withdrawal times are unconfirmed; on file: not stated and not stated.

Other Raining Games brands and safer play

We have not confirmed other brands run by Raining Games LLC; searching the Anjouan licence holder is the most reliable way to find them, as our sister sites page explains. Regulated gambling in Canada is 19+ (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec). Free helplines are on our responsible gambling page.
