"Offshore access" means the site accepts players there without a provincial licence: provincial rules and complaint routes do not cover it.

Launched around April 2026, Zoccer casino combines a casino and sportsbook and lists Canadian dollars and Interac, but no province licenses it and its own licence is disputed. AskGamblers cites the Tobique Gaming Commission, while Casino.guru and LCB say it is unlicensed. Three sources name three different companies behind it and a fourth calls the owner undisclosed, so we rate Zoccer in the avoid band and do not link to it.

The domain zoccer.com is inferred from support addresses published by LCB. We did not fetch the official site.

Zoccer licence: no settled answer

The records disagree on almost everything. AskGamblers links Zoccer to IGplay and a Tobique licence. LCB names Casolinia. Casino.guru names Sentoka Ltd. Gambling.com says the owner is undisclosed. Tobique is a First Nation regulator in New Brunswick, not a provincial one, so even that answer would not bring Zoccer under provincial rules.

Under section 207 of the Criminal Code, online casino games and sports betting belong to the provinces, which either run them or register private operators as Ontario and Alberta do. Zoccer is on neither register. You would have no Canadian complaint route, provincial self-exclusion would not apply, and an unclear licence may leave you with no regulator at all. We found nothing saying a player breaks the law by joining; the risk is practical.

Six months in: is Zoccer legit?

Zoccer is about six months old, with no settled owner and no verified licence. That does not prove bad faith, but it gives you very little to rely on if a withdrawal is held. New brands with disputed paperwork are scored low on licence and protection in our rating method, and Zoccer is no exception.

Zoccer bonus and no deposit offers

Current values in our file, blank where the operator has not confirmed them: welcome offer not stated, promo code not stated, wagering not stated.

We could not trace a Zoccer no deposit bonus to the operator. Sites that combine casino and sports often split bonuses into a casino offer and a sports offer, each with its own playthrough and minimum odds. Read which one you are accepting before the first deposit. Our welcome bonus guide covers both types.

Zoccer sportsbook and casino product

Review sources describe a sportsbook next to the casino lobby. Single-event betting has been legal in Canada since August 2021, but only through provincial sites and registered operators; an offshore sportsbook falls outside that framework. If you bet on hockey or football, our sports betting guide explains the regulated options in each province.

Zoccer deposits, Interac and payouts

LCB and AskGamblers list Interac, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Zimpler, Apple Pay, Paysafecard, Neosurf, bank wire and crypto.

A brand this new has no long payout record to judge. If you hold a balance there, keep records of every transaction and message, and do not let winnings sit in the account.
