AmunRa Casino App

There is no AmunRa casino app we could confirm in the Canadian App Store or on Google Play. As far as we could confirm, the casino is used through a mobile browser, and any app file offered directly from its website would be an installation from outside the official stores. AmunRa also holds no licence from any Canadian province, which matters more than the format you play in.

AmunRa app availability on file

Our operator record keeps store listings separately so they update when we recheck. Android on file: not stated. iOS on file: not stated. A blank value means no listing was confirmed. The full background, including the licence gap, is in our AmunRa casino review.

Why offshore casinos often have no store app

We do not know AmunRa’s own reasons. In general, Apple and Google treat real-money gambling apps as a restricted category, and licensing for the market is part of their review. In Canada the regulated apps belong to provincial crown corporations and to operators registered in Ontario or Alberta. A brand with no provincial licence tends to rely on its mobile website or a downloadable file instead.

If the site offers a download

Some offshore casinos offer an Android package file or ask you to add a shortcut to your home screen. A shortcut is just a bookmark to the mobile site and installs nothing. An app file is different:

• your phone will warn that it comes from an unknown source, and that warning is accurate;
• the file has not been reviewed by Google or Apple;
• it may request permissions a casino does not need, such as contacts or messages;
• it will not update through the store, so fixes depend on you reinstalling.

We recommend against installing gambling apps from outside the official stores. If you want to try the brand on mobile at all, the browser version carries fewer device risks.

Using AmunRa on mobile: what stays the same

The mobile site and any app share one account. The bonus terms, wagering and withdrawal rules are the same whatever screen you use, and so is the lack of a provincial complaint route. Promotions on file: Welcome package 150% up to EUR 3,000 + 100 free spins; sports welcome bonus 100% up to EUR 100. Read the bonus rules in the site’s terms rather than in a pop-up.

Province restrictions

Provincially regulated apps check your location and only take bets where they are licensed: Ontario for iGaming Ontario operators, Alberta for its private market, and each crown app inside its own province. AmunRa has no such licence anywhere in Canada, so no province is a regulated home for it. We do not give tips for hiding your location from any casino; doing so typically breaks the terms and can void winnings.

Licensed apps instead

If an app is what you want, the regulated choices are the crown apps such as PlayNow, Loto-Quebec and ALC, OLG in Ontario, and the apps of operators registered in Ontario or Alberta. Our mobile casinos page compares them. Gambling apps are for adults only: 19+ (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec). For help with limits or a gambling problem, see our responsible gambling page.
