Province rules that still apply on mobile

A phone does not change the legal picture. 20Bet holds licences from Kahnawake and Curacao, not from a province, so provincial complaint routes and self-exclusion schemes do not reach the app. Ontario residents use the regulated market set up by iGaming Ontario, and Albertans have had a licensed private market since 13 July 2026.
